Simonds have quoted to complete your home, what’s next?

1. Quote Assessment by VMIA:

• Simonds will quote to complete your home.

• Upload your signed Simonds Quote to the VMIA Portal.

2. Quantum Decision:

• VMIA will assess your quote/s and reach a quantum decision.

3. Proceeding with Quantum Decision:

• If you wish to proceed based on the quantum decision, sign the Quantum Decision along with a release and authority form.

• Upload the signed documents to your VMIA portal.

4. New HIA Contract:

• Simonds will issue your new HIA contract electronically, including the same documentation as your previous builder's contract.

5. Building Permit, Insurance, and Documentation:

• Simonds will arrange your new building permit and insurance policy.

• Prepare the construction documentation ready for site start.

6. Financial Documentation:

• Provide Simonds with a bank statement or financial approval covering the balance left to pay to complete your home.

7. Site Start Confirmation:

• Simonds will book in your trades and advise your site start date.
