A sea-change is in the air with 483.26m² of family-orientated living across two luxurious levels.

See why there's so much to love about our Tallowood 52

Over the last few weeks, we’ve talked a lot about home owners escaping to the country for a tree-change, but that doesn’t mean we’ve forgotten about the ever-popular sea-change.

Instead of swapping the city streets for rolling green hills and fresh air, putting roots down along stretches of Australia's golden coastline has always had wide ranging appeal for families across the country.

Start to imagine this laid back lifestyle in our newly-opened Tallowood 52 (previously the Napier 53) on display at the Gen Fyansford Estate, Geelong. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, you’ll never be short on space, and the separate home theatre and alfresco give you plenty of room to unwind after a day spent at the beach. So, let's take a look around and see why this display is making waves.

1. It brings the cinema experience to you

We already know the Geelong Cats are big fans of our Tallowood 52 (previously the Napier 53) display, especially its separate home theatre. In case you missed it, you can watch our walk-through series with teammates Jeremy Cameron, Isaac Smith, Jed Bews and Max Holmes here.

If you're a gamer, a movie lover (or both) the home theatre will quickly become your private sanctuary. It's only a stone's throw from the kitchen and living, meaning you can also keep an eye on the kids with ease.

2. A kitchen, living and alfresco perfect for entertaining and the everyday

One of the first things you’ll notice as soon as you step through the Tallowood 52 (previously the Napier 53) display (apart from the gorgeous void in the entry) is the expansive kitchen, living and alfresco.

You’ll begin to appreciate thoughtful touches like the butler’s pantry and built-in bar area as we approach the festive season and guests are knocking on your door. But even more so, you’ll notice how the space allows you to easily come together to debrief, connect and unwind as a family throughout all points of the day.

3. You won’t be stepping on each other’s toes

Over its 52 squares, there’s plenty of room for every family member to have their own privacy and alone time.

What’s even more impressive is that at first glance, 3 of the 5 bedrooms could be considered as the master bedroom. The downstairs guest suite, upstairs front and rear suites (both with balconies) all have the space and luxury expected in a home’s master bedroom. This makes the Napier 53 the ideal choice for multi-generational families or those with older teens and adult children.

Come down to the Gen Fyansford Estate to see for yourself, you can find opening hours, directions and contact details here.
